Manicured gardens that weave their way around the village offer a beautiful outlook from your apartment's balcony or terrace. Villas are nestled amongst those same gardens, and are strategically positioned so that the village centre is only a short stroll away.
Building materials, finishes and landscaping for our apartments and villas are all chosen and designed to reflect the surrounding community environment.
Simple but elegant, easy to maintain but never basic, and with everything you need, we believe you’ll very quickly fall in love with these beautiful homes. THE MAIN HUBS
Often viewed as the social hub of any home, your kitchen has been designed to include a well-appointed benchtop to ensure the conversation flows as you work your magic in the kitchen. Clean lines are themed throughout with Italian floor tiles and high-spec kitchen cabinetry. For that extra touch of class, there’s a generous fridge cavity so you'll have plenty of room for your favourite beverages or special desserts.
Your bathroom has received the same class treatment, with Italian tiling and a level-entry, fully tiled shower. Fixtures and fittings are modern yet timeless, and you'll benefit from storage within the mirror or clever shelving and light fittings behind the vanity. Everything has been designed to make personal grooming a cinch.
A laundry provides the ultimate functionality, with a purpose-built tub and shelving to maximise storage and space.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
To retire with confidence, you need financial certainty. We're transparent about our costs, so you know exactly what you're paying and what you'll receive in return. You can choose between fixed or indexed weekly fees which are set at the time of signing your agreement. Indexed weekly fees are linked to the annual increase in the Consumer Price Index.
Your weekly fee for independent living covers:
Maintenance
- rates, water rates, and building insurance
- gardening and ground maintenance
- maintaining and operating the community amenities
- exterior maintenance of your apartment, including inside and outside window cleaning
Services
- call bells monitored 24 hours a day by our on-site staff
- village management and administration
- scheduled transport services and outings
Lifestyle
- social time at our weekly Happy Hour
- our Engage activities program, including musical entertainment, fashion shows, arts and crafts, and regular outings
- our Triple A exercise program, including classes such as Functional Fitness, circuit, or ‘sit and be fit’
