Ryman villages offer residential aged care (both low and high care), specialist dementia care and respite care. We are an approved provider of Home Care packages, so if you enjoy living in one of our independent or serviced apartments but want a little extra help with everyday tasks, you can apply for a Home Care package which provides government-funded services.

We offer delicious meals, activities, spacious rooms, and ensuites with call bells that are monitored 24/7 but the real difference for our residents is feeling surrounded by a community that cares.

When people visit our care centres, they often tell us that they feel that difference. It’s in the way our residents and care teams interact, their genuine affinity and connection with one another.

Once you live in a Ryman village, you will always have priority access to our aged care options over non-residents. Should an immediate space be unavailable, we will do our best to accommodate you at another Ryman village until a space becomes available at your preferred village.

To retire with confidence, you need financial certainty. We're transparent about our costs, offering options to fit your ideal retirement lifestyle. No matter which option you choose, you'll know exactly what you're paying and what you'll receive in return.

We offer a choice in Deferred Management Fee (DMF), of either 30% or 25% with the latter option having a higher entry price.

You can choose between fixed or indexed weekly fees which are set at the time of signing your agreement. Indexed weekly fees are linked to the annual increase in the Consumer Price Index.
